The divorce battle between trilogy cocreator Larry Wachowski and his estranged wife ratcheted up Tuesday, with the wife accusing the writer-director of reneging on a prenup.

The allegations were contained in a breach-of-contact lawsuit filed in Los Angeles, City News Service reported.

The suit by Thea Bloom claims she and Wachowski, now 38, “orally agreed that [they] were a ‘team’ and equal partners” and would jointly enjoy “the fruits of their labor” upon their moving in together in 1985, per the wire service.

The couple wed on Oct. 30, 1993.
